So much of a move or renovation is in the details. This simple checklist can help.

Budget List

Budget Checklist

The hardest thing about relocating your business is the one thing you forgot... or the ten things. The Relocation Budget Checklist This is a partial list of items to take into account when planning to relocate. You may not need all of these, but each should be considered for both your timeline and your budget. Often a good way to start is to contact a contractor or vendor in each of these areas to determine timeframe needed, budget, etc.

For example, how long before the move do you need to contact the local phone company? If you are not buying a new phone system, how long will the phones be out of service while you move the current system from one building to the next? This list may help you avoid a few headaches.
